Upon being recognized by the Mayor, please state your name, address, and limit your oral statement to no more than three minutes. Matters that appear to warrant a more lengthy presentation or Council consideration will be agendized for further discussion at a later meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR

The Consent Calendar consists of items that the City Council considers to be non-controversial. Unless any item is specifically removed by any member of the City Council, staff, or audience, the Consent Calendar will be adopted by one motion. If any member of the audience wishes to have an item removed, please step to the microphone, state your name, and indicate the item.

5. Approve minutes of the February 4, 2008 Regular City Council meeting.

6. Approve warrants of February, 2008

7. Approve revocable license for private improvements in the City’s right-of-way at 110 Bella Vista Avenue. Owner: Marcus F. Newbury and Shut C. Frazier-Newbury.

8. Award contract for “Roadway Stabilization at 214 Bayview Avenue.”

9. Adopt resolution authorizing a budget amendment for the City’s share of the cost of undergrounding utilities on San Rafael Avenue.

10. Confirm Maureen Johnson as the Planning Commission alternate to the General Plan Update Steering Committee.

11. Approve second reading and adoption of an ordinance amending Section 2.08.010 of the Belvedere Municipal Code to require that the day, time, and place of regular monthly meetings of the Belvedere City Council be set by City Council resolution.

12. Consideration of resolution expressing opposition to a toll on Doyle Drive as part of the Doyle Drive Rehabilitation Project.
