The Joint Disaster Council was created by the two agencies as an advisory
body to help both Belvedere and Tiburon to better prepare for and respond
to disasters that will eventually strike the peninsula. The Disaster Council
meets monthly in the Tiburon Town Hall community room. To contact a Belvedere
