Due to Covid concerns and consistent with State Executive Orders No. 25-20 and No. 29-20, the meeting will not be physically open to the public. Members of the City Council and staff will participate in this meeting remotely. Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely via Zoom or telephone pursuant to the information and link below. Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The public may also submit comments in advance of the meeting by emailing the City Clerk at: clerk@cityofbelvedere.org. Please write “Public Comment” in the subject line. Comments submitted one hour prior to the commencement of the meeting will be presented to the City Council and included in the public record for the meeting. Those received after this time will be added to the record and shared with City Councilmembers after the meeting.

The City encourages that comments be submitted in advance of the meeting. CONSENT CALENDAR
The Consent Calendar consists of items that the City Council considers to be non-controversial.  Unless any item is specifically removed by any member of the City Council, staff, or audience, the Consent Calendar will be adopted by one motion.  Items removed will be considered in the sequence as they appear below.  If any member of the audience wishes to have an item removed, please step to the microphone, state your name, and indicate the item.

5.Approve revocable license for proposed private improvements in the City street right-of-way along Lagoon Road for the property at 26 Lagoon Road

6.Approve second reading of an Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Belvedere Municipal Code section 16.32 “Small Residential Rooftop Solar Systems” to provide Expedited Permitting Process Per State Law

7.Approve second reading of an Ordinance adding Belvedere Municipal Code Chapter 16.33 to Expedite Permitting for Electric Vehicle Charging Per State Law

8.Approve response to Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report: The Gun Next Door: Firearm Safety in Marin County

9.Approve revocable license agreement for 152 Bayview Avenue street right-of-way for existing & new landscaping/planter area, new retaining wall & stairs, and existing driveway
