Belvedere California Notifications

June 9, 2011
Belvedere E-Notifications

Quick Website Links

With all of the email subscription options available on the City's new website, I am considering moving the E-Notifications Newsletter to every other week instead of weekly.  As discussed in the initial E-Notifications Newsletter, you can sign-up on the City's website for direct notifications of road closures, special events, building permits, and more via the City's "News Flashes."  These are direct notifications that go out as soon as they are posted to the City's website.

The E-Notifications Newsletter brings these together (see column on the left) and also provides highlights of a few key events, news items, or programs.  So as not to "flood" your email boxes, moving to a bi-weekly edition may be more practical - send in your thoughts - I would love to hear your feedback.

Thanks!

George

A Couple of Things To Investigate On The City's Website...

The City's website design and features are still relatively new, but for those that like to stay informed and in the loop, here are a few highlights to sections you can visit or sign up for:
Archive Center

One of the best features of the site is its capacity to store historical information.  The Archive Center is your resource for agendas, agenda packets, minutes, staff reports, and more!

You can find a link to the Archive Center on the home page, left side panel.  The larger groups, Council and Planning Commission will have separated Agendas and Minutes with links within the Agenda to Staff Reports.  The smaller groups, Finance Committee, Historic Preservation, etc. will have Agenda "Packets" which are larger files containing both the Agenda and the Staff Reports.
