Belvedere City Hall
March 16, 2020
Out of an abundance of caution, and in keeping with county, state and federal directives designed to protect public safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, the City will cancel all public meetings, including committee meetings, starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020. These cancellations will continue throughout the month of March. We are putting in place technological capability for conducting essential meetings after the end of March.
The City will suspend permitting during this period, except for encroachment and road closure permits, which may be obtained by filling out a form (can be accessed here) and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Building inspections will be suspended for the time being.
The City’s Police Department will continue to be fully staffed. City Hall will be closed, except for appointments. Appointments may be scheduled by emailing the appropriate department head listed below.
City Hall will be staffed by a small crew to ensure that we can continue to provide essential services to Belvedere residents. We encourage people to shelter in place, and to practice social distancing for the next few weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
