At December’s meeting, the City Council continued Belvedere’s long-standing tradition of rotating leadership roles. Sally Wilkinson is our new Mayor, and Kevin Burke will serve as Vice Mayor in the year ahead. Both bring steady, thoughtful leadership and a deep appreciation for the community. We also extend a warm thank you to Jane Cooper for her dedicated service as Mayor in 2025. Her work over the past year has been greatly appreciated.
Councilmembers also selected their committee assignments for the coming year, helping guide regional and local efforts on behalf of Belvedere. City Council meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, and all are welcome to attend.
