Did you know e-bike riders between 10 and 15 years old are five times more likely to be seriously injured than older riders? That’s why Marin County jurisdictions passed a new E-Bike Law that makes Class 2 throttle e-bikes off-limits to those under 16, and requires riders of all ages to wear helmets. This law went into effect in Belvedere in early July.
