Tiburon Blvd Upgrade Project

At its January 22, 2024 meeting, the City Council discussed Caltrans SR 131 (Tiburon Boulevard) Capital Preventive Maintenance Project. The $19.7 million project includes asphalt repairs, intersection upgrades, drainage improvements, and the addition of new bike lanes along sections of Tiburon Boulevard. Council reviewed the scope of work and recommended staff send an official letter to Caltrans with questions and concerns. Click to review the staff report and draft letter.

Officially the public comment period for this project ended on November 3, 2023. However, the project managers are still welcoming feedback.
